St. Patrick's Day Recipes

St  Pattys
Cucumber shamrock

One English cucumber
Cut in 40 slices
Arrange starting with four corners
Two rows of three slices
Then two rows of two slices
Fill center with single slices
Cut 2 slices in half and arrange as stem
Dipped sandwich cookies
Cookies of your choice (Oreo's work great)
White chocolate

Put A small amount of chocolate in microwave safe cup
Microwave for 30 seconds and stir
Continue 30 seconds until you have a consistency of honey
Careful to stir in between each 30 seconds

Then dip cookies halfway to cover half the cookie.
Add sprinkles while chocolate is wet
Put in the freezer for one minute to harden on wax paper or rack

Gently remove from rack or wax paper
Store in airtight container
Do not return to freezer


Chicken sliders
Chicken (boneless, skinless)
BBQ sauce of your choice
Hawaiian rolls
Cole slaw

Cook chicken for three hours in the slow cooker crock pot
Drain chicken and pull apart with fork and knife to shredded consistency
And barbecue sauce to your liking
Return to slow cooker on high until chicken is thoroughly cooked
Caught Hawaiian roll and half
Press flat and put in toaster on low
Top toasted bun with shredded chicken mixture, cheese of your choice and coleslaw

Glass container
Dried split peas

Gather containers in uneven number 3, 5,7 or even just one
And split peas to bottom of the container
Press candle in firmly
Light and safely enjoy!
